東部海域地震規模4.7 花蓮最大震度3級
: 今天中午12時17分，台灣東部海域發生芮氏規模4.7地震，地震深度43.7公里，氣象局地震測報中心觀測，花蓮縣磯崎最大震度3級，南投、宜蘭、台中、彰化、雲林各為2級，台東、苗栗、新竹、桃園各為1級。
纏訟長達13年的太平洋電線電纜公司遭掏空200億元一案，終於在今(31)日下午獲最高法院審結。先前二審判決前副總兼財務長胡洪九14年6月徒刑、併科罰金10億元，前董事長孫道存被減為3年徒刑；最高法院則維持二審判決，全案定讞。胡、孫2人都必須入監服刑，目前最高院並已通知最高檢察署，並啟動防逃機制。
名媛孫芸芸的父親、太平洋電信電纜公司前董事長孫道存，遭控利用海外子公司交易獲利，帳目流入私人戶頭，與公司財務長胡洪九掏空太電200億元，12年前遭台北地檢署偵查起訴。
一審審理期間，孫道存否認曾經參與太電香港子公司太豐行的業務，事後遭到胡的律師當庭揭穿，告發其涉嫌偽證。台北地檢署去年依法將孫道存起訴。
檢方於93年間的起訴書指出，太電掏空案所涉不法金額高達206億元，當時擔任太電財務長的胡洪九、前董事長孫道存等人，涉嫌從79年開始，隱瞞董事會在中國、香港等地，成立太豐行等等多家子公司，以持股方式將資金匯到子公司後，再以幫子公司作保借錢、假買賣等手法，掏空太電公司200億元，並侵吞其中100億元。
